3 years later and once again its the "year of the dog". DMX has been doing it up in '09. This guy couldn't stop winning even if he didn't smoke crack.
On December 12th, at an event billed as Alabama Pride, DMX will show off the brawling skills he earned on the mean streets of Yonkers, NY in an MMA exhibition bout vs. “musician” and Power Moves Entertainment CEO, Eric Martinez. all hip hop reports that Martinez is also a member of X’s management team. Bizarre, but sure to be enormously entertaining.

Another "More Than A Game Trailer".
Too bad the soundtrack doesn't appear to live up to the hype. There wouldn't be a better song than "Forever", but there's only 11 songs and we haven't heard one worth mentioning.

None other than our main man Soulja Boy Tell Em' is rumored to be engaged to video vixen Rosa Acosta. She stole the show in Drake's "Best I Ever Had" video, and it's safe to say 2010 might be his year (2009's "Turn My Swag On" is up there for jam of the year).

Jackass - Blackout Kings feat. Obama and Kanye West by blackoutkings
With the Kanye West outburst at the VMA's, The Blackout Kings felt it necessary to fuel the discussion with their own take on Kanye v.s. Taylor v.s. Obama with a little O'Reiley on top.

A demo for Diddy's Last Train To Paris LP, where The Game is rapping both his part and Diddy's part (Yes people, Diddy always uses a ghostwriter). Produced by J.R. Rotem and uses a Justice sample. Sounds like a tight collaboration.

I took the outburst as Kanye being Kanye, but people are actually upset:
Obama calls Kanye a "Jackass"- click for audio
50 Cent: "Even an apology can't replace what it feels like for the very first time receiving that award. Now in her head, 'My first award was Kanye West.' And it's damaging. I wish he would come take one of my awards so I can black his eye in front of everybody."
Donald Trump: Kanye is "a disgrace" and called for a boycott of the Chicago native's endeavors
Katy Perry: compared Kanye's actions to "stepping on a kitten"
Below is Kanye on Leno last night in case you missed it:
In the end, he'd pull that shit again, what a fucking Buellerrrrr

More Than a Game is a documentary made by Kristopher Belman about basketball superstar LeBron James. It follows their childhood friendship together and victory at the high school national championship. It's going to have a great soundtrack too (Forever ft Drake, Gayfish, Wayne, & Eminem)

Monopoly City Streets is a collaboration between Hasbro and Google, and players will actually be able to use Google Maps to buy and build on literally millions of streets from around the world. The online version of the game will also introduce new structures like stadiums, castles and skyscrapers, as well as garbage dumps and prisons which can be constructed on other player’s streets, diminishing their value.

It’s been 13 years since 2Pac died on the 13th day of September 1996, yet the void he left in hip-hop–let alone black culture–is gaping, For his anniversary, VIBE revives the fallen icon, if just for a couple minutes, with the first in a series of previously unreleased interview footage from May ‘96. As he discusses a unified rap nation and where he’d be in 2016, ‘Pac is everything we remember: Candid, passionate, prophetic. Rest in peace, Tupac Amaru Shakur.

You remember these? Jordan wore these gems in the movie Space Jam. Originally released in 1996,they are being re-released on Nov. 27th for a quickstrike release. You won't find them in retail stores, only consignment.
Luckily for me, I got them early and they are resting comfortably in my closet.

Based on the classic 300SL “Gullwing”, the SLS packs an AMG standard front/mid-mounted version of MB’s visceral 6.3-liter V8, paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission putting those 563 hp and 480 lb-ft of torque to work through the rear wheels. The SLS weighs in at 3,500 lbs and makes the sprint to 60 in 3.7 seconds. The new AMG is electronically limited at 197 mph. The optional carbon ceramic stoppies should be more than sufficient to bring your $258k Merc to a standstill. The SLS is absolutely gorgeous with its design cues paying homage to the iconic 300SL but with a modern MB twist. The rear end paired with the elongated hood, headlamps and exclusive ten-spoke forged AMG wheels make the SLS a modern day Mercedes-Benz.
Available color choices will be Alubeam Silver, Syvanite Grey, Alanite Grey and red. Inside you will find all the goodies you can expect from Mercedes-Benz including a full leather interior and Alcantara headliner. Production is expected to be underway by late 2010 with sales beginning in 2011. More details will be revealed next week when the Frankfurt Autoshow offically kicks off.

Straight from the Bad Azz's mouth, via The Smoking Section
TSS: Ok look, now I heard on the mixtape with Hurricane Chris, you mentioned that. What’s up with that?
Lil’ Boosie: Yea, it kicks in after 20 seconds. It hits them in 20 seconds.
TSS: How does someone even find that out?
Lil’ Boosie: I get it from my cousin. He did it to a few girls way back in the game. And it just took off. I put it in a song. Everything I put in a song, I’ve tried it. So I put it in her booty hole and it melted. It melts in their booty hole and it hits them in 20 seconds. You never know what they’re gonna do. They may break out crying talking about their momma doesn’t love them or something. It hit them in the booty hole good. The booty is like eating the pill

This is CB's first interview on national television. The day before the interview, he receieved his punishment of a million hours of community service and no contact with Rihanna for at least 5 years. Later that night, he was seen at Guys in L.A. partying, dancing on couches, putting on a show for the crowd. How remorseful. If he ever has a high profile girlfriend again, I'll bet my life savings that we'll hear of another beatdown.

Jay-Z is already working on his next untitled LP which he claims as his most eclectic yet. This announcement should make Jay-Z fans happy, it shows that he's still very interested in making music (I wasn't sure after some of the BP3 leaks I heard). It's not a good sign when he's already talking about his next album before BP3 drops.
I wonder if he's heard the reviews

Not surprising, Kanye co-signed Soulja Boy a while back. I love the idea, Turn My Swag On put Soulja Boy on a new level for me. Besides, Kanye always works with whoever is the hottest at the time for his albums. I'm definitely looking forward to the collaboration.

I'm really late on this one but still had to put it up.

Classic Dre and Snoop. This is off The Chronic: Re-Lit available September 1st. The Chronic is being digitally remastered and features a couple lost songs, like this one.
Detox is coming, my bet is February or March of next year. 50 then Eminem, then Dre...that's my best guess.

Ahwooooooooooo!!!!!! This video is straight comedy/sex - really entertaining. I'm pretty sure Shakira just channeled her inner she wolf for this one. There is no way one second of this video was choreographed.
