Debuting in 2011 and beginning filming soon, a new Animal Planet show starring Mike Tyson will "take audiences inside the intensely competitive and bizarrely fascinating world of pigeon racing," according to a network press release.

Nolan to Direct New Superman and Final Batman
One of my favorite directors Christopher Nolan (Memento, Batman Begins, The Following, The Prestige, The Dark Knight) has just come out and announced he will be taking over the reigns on the Superman franchise. Nolan told the LA Times that he is right now scheduled to make one stand alone Superman movie and has no desire to pit Batman against Superman or even kill off Superman like was rumored on the web.
Oh and the nerd rumor mill is churning. Some of the speculation so far is that the movie will be called "Man of Steel" and he will be going up against two villains, Lex Luthor and Brainaic. All of these according to Nolan are just hogwash, as he is keeping everything very close to the chest.
He also revealed that his brother, Jonathan Nolan, is writing the screen play for the last and final Batman. The storyline is in development and is said to be the final film with the focus of the movie being a conclusion that will tie up the last two installments.
Again, more comic rumors are out there on the villains and who will play them. Some of the best ideas so far are: Johnny Depp as the Riddler, Angelina Jolie as Catwoman, Philip Seymour Hoffman as the Penguin and Ben Kingsley as Hugo Strange. I am rooting for Depp as the Riddler and Seymour Hoffman as the Penguin.
Nolan said pre-production for the final Batman will start at the end of this year, Superman looks like a 2012/2013 summer blockbuster and he will premiere in his words the "most challenging movie of his career" Inception July 16th this summer. It stars Leonardo DiCaprio in a globe-trotting, mind-bending thriller that will hit theaters on July 16. If its Nolan, it will be bad ass.

Grammy Award-winning R&B singer D'Angelo was arrested early yesterday after allegedly offering an undercover policewoman $40 for oral sex while cruising alone through the West Village -- with $12,000 stashed in his SUV.
D'Angelo, 36, whose real name is Michael Archer, was in his top-of-the-line Range Rover at Greenwich and Horatio streets at about 2:30 a.m. when he spotted a woman he took to be a prostitute, sources said.
He was arrested and charged with solicitation after asking the woman for sex, the sources said. His manager declined to comment.

The world's largest solar-powered boat was unveiled in Northern Germany. PlanetSolar, a 31m long and 15m wide catamaran, can reach a top speed of around 15 knots.
The boat is powered entirely by up photovoltaic solar panels. PlanetSolar has been designed to come out around the world in 2011 costing a stiff $24.4 million. NiggaMortis needs to really get on this already.

Lil' Wayne Still Not In Jail
Yup. The Fireman went to court today but his case got postponed due to a fire in the courtroom. Wow, this dude is never going to jail....ever.
According to the FDNY, a small blaze broke out at 10:29 a.m., setting off smoke detectors and prompting a full evacuation of the building. It was brought under control by 11:55 a.m. Five firefighters, two civilians and one prisoner sustained minor injuries, but only one was taken to a hospital.
"It's not deemed suspicious, but the fire marshal is investigating the possibility the fire started thanks to some construction in one part of the courthouse," the department rep said.
Consequently, this morning's proceedings were canceled. No word on when they'll resume.
