None other than our main man Soulja Boy Tell Em' is rumored to be engaged to video vixen Rosa Acosta. She stole the show in Drake's "Best I Ever Had" video, and it's safe to say 2010 might be his year (2009's "Turn My Swag On" is up there for jam of the year).
