Yeah these boys are the real deal. Monsters of Folk are a super group of indie all stars put together to win a championship, similar to the Lakers of 2004.
In this case, this monster group consists of Jim James from My Morning Jacket, Conor Oberst and Mike Mogis from Bright Eyes and M. Ward from She and Him.

The video below for Dear God is a Glorified gem. The song has been out for a while and has been a favorite of mine since September.
